Thierry Henry to give a virtual conference on Saturday, September 19

A unique opportunity to get to know the Impact's head coach from a different perspective

MONTREAL - The Montreal Impact and its head coach Thierry Henry invite you to a one-hour virtual conference called BEYOND THE PITCH, on Saturday, September 19, at 2pm on the Yoop platform, live from Place des Arts.

During this unique event, the Montreal head coach will share a moment of reflection and introspection with the audience on current issues of equality, social justice and inclusion, as well as their impact on our community.

BEYOND THE PITCH will also touch on Henry’s illustrious career as a player, from his humble beginnings at Club Omnisport Les Ulis, to European and global glory for club and country, his influences, his learning and his philosophy during his early years on the other side of the sideline, as a manager, as well as his reality as a man, father and now resident of Montreal for the past nine months.

This hour-long bilingual conference hosted and animated by award-winning creative Justin Kingsley, a New York Times Bestselling author and filmmaker, will be broadcast on the Yoop platform. Through this broadcasting platform, participants will be able to interact and discuss with Thierry Henry and ask him questions live.

You can purchase an access pass for the conference via www.yoop.app or by downloading the Yoop app in the App Store or Google Play, for a $15 cost (plus taxes) as of Thursday, September 10.

The POUR 3 POINTS organization, as chosen by Thierry Henry, will be recipient of the funds raised through the event. Since 2010, this Montreal-based cooperative trains sports coaches, so that they can also be life coaches for underprivileged kids, by supporting them in their athletic, academic and personal endeavors.
