Argentine will miss eight to 12 weeks

After returning from injury following a two-month absence, Nacho Piatti suffered another injury last Friday, during the game against Los Angeles FC.

Piatti stretched out the outer ligament on his right knee, forcing the Argentine to miss two to three months.

Piatti had missed 10 games after suffering a sprained knee on March 16 against Orlando City SC, and then because of muscular pain in his calf.

He made his return in the second half of the game against New England on May 18, at Stade Saputo.
