Impact returns to the Rowdies Suncoast Invitational in February

ST. PETERSBURG – The Montreal Impact announced on Tuesday that the club will participate for a second consecutive year in the Rowdies Suncoast Invitational, in St. Petersburg, Florida, from February 18 to 25.
The Impact will face D.C. United, the Philadelphia Union and the Tampa Bay Rowdies (USL) during the tournament. Toronto FC and the Chicago Fire will also take part in the competition.
The Impact will be in St. Petersburg for its preseason training camp, starting February 14. The club thanks the Rowdies organization, who will share their facilities at Al Lang Stadium, including the field, the locker room and the gym.


Tickets to the Rowdies Suncoast Invitational will be available on Ticketmaster.com as of 9am on Thursday, January 19.
The Impact will also play a preseason friendly against the Chicago Fire on February 15 in St. Petersburg.
The Bleu-blanc-noir will kick off its season on Saturday, March 4, against the Earthquakes at Avaya Stadium, in San Jose, at 10pm ET and will then play its home opener on Saturday, March 11, at 7pm at Olympic Stadium against the MLS Cup defending champion, the Seattle Sounders FC.
