Impact looking to bounce back against Seacoast United

In its last Development Academy games, on September 29, the Impact teams were winless against the Philadelphia Union. It was the first weekend with no wins since the start of the season.


The three teams will want to bounce back this Sunday, as they visit Seacoast United’s teams in Epping, New Hampshire. The U15 will play at 9am, the U17 at 11am and the U19 at 1pm.

With its 1-1 draw, the Impact U15 remains unbeaten this season with a 5-0-1 record. Serge Dinkota’s team is top of the Northeast division and is third league-wide with 26 goals scored.


With a 4-2-0 record, the Impact U17 is also first of its division. The Impact U19 is also top of its group, tied with New York City FC, with a 4-1-0 record.


The opponent

The three Seacoast United teams are winless this season. Their bad start of the season is due in part to a lack of offensive production. The U15 team has only scored two goals in four games, the U17 two goals in two games and the U19 one goal in three games.

Seacoast United is a multisports club (soccer, grass hockey, baseball and softball) founded in 1992. Its installations are located in Epping, New Hampshire.


Amongst the professional players that passed by Seacoast, Charlie Davies stands out for the career he had. He played for the club’s U13 and U14 teams. He then played with the New England Revolution, D.C. United and the Philadelphia Union in MLS, as well as a few clubs in Europe, while representing the U.S. national team.
