After a historic weekend against the New York Red Bulls on May 20, the Academy teams accomplished another feat this weekend by winning their six games in back-to-back weekends away from home.
Against Continental FC Delco’s teams, the Impact won 8-0 (U15), 4-0 (U17) and 2-1 (U19). The day after, against FC Westchester, the Impact won 2-0 (U15), 4-0 (U17) and 3-1 (U19).
Ten goals for the Impact U15
The Impact U15 arrived in Pennsylvania ready to compete against Continental FC Delco, winning 8-0 in its first game of the weekend.
Forward Lucas Bisson, who was injured for almost two years before coming back to play a few weeks ago, scored three goals and added an assist. His teammate Abdul Binate also scored, while Jordan Therrien and Jean-Aniel Assi, two U14 players called up for this game, scored two goals each.
The day after, against FC Westchester, the Impact U15 won 2-0 with goals from Jean-Aniel Assi and Abdul Binate.
Montreal’s defense was perfect in both games and the team has a 18-6-1 record, good for the first in the group.
Identical results for the U17
Against Continental FC Delco, the U17 won 4-0.
Mujtaba Hasan Mirhasan scored a hat-trick, including one off a volley from 30 metres that went right under the bar. The other scorer was Jérémie Omeonga.
The day after, Nicolas Gagnon’s team won 4-0 once again, this time against FC Westchester.
Mujtaba Hasan Mirhasan scored another wonderful goal, this time placing a free-kick in the top left corner. Calin Calaidjoglu scored a brace and Nassim Fadi scored the other goal.
The Impact U17 now has a 17-5-3 record, good for first in its group and fifth in the league with the playoffs fast approaching.
Two more wins for the Impact U19
This weekend, Philippe Eullaffroy’s team was playing without Daniel Kinumbe, Clément Bayiha and Mathieu Choinière, who are representing Canada at the Toulon Tournament. The team managed to win 2-1 against Continental FC Delco and 3-1 against FC Westchester, giving other players a chance to stand out.
In the first game, Vincent Lamy scored in the beginning of the game, and Tristan Resendes secured the three points with his second-half goal. The team missed a few opportunities that would have put this game to bed earlier.
The day after, the players reacted with an even better performance against Westchester.
Resendes scored once again, this time from 20 metres out, but Westchester equalized before the end of the first half. In the second half, Chrisnovic N’sa scored off a free-kick from Raphaël Garcia and Vincent Lamy scored his 21st goal in 21 games this season.
The Impact U19 has a 20-1-4 record, is first in its group and second in the league behind the New York Red Bulls, whom they beat 2-1 on May 20.

The Impact teams will play their last games of the season on Saturday, June 2, against the Philadelphia Union’s teams in Wayne, Pennsylvania.
The U15 will play at 11am, the U17 at 1pm and the U19 at 3pm.
