Defender Shaun Francis selected by Jamaica

MONTREAL – Impact defender Shaun Francis has been selected by the Jamaican national team to take part in an international friendly against Saudi Arabia, on Saturday, October 7, at King Fahd International Stadium, in Riyadh.
Francis, 31, has scored three goals and appeared in 13 career games with the Reggae Boyz, making his senior debut on October 10, 2010, in a friendly against Trinidad and Tobago. He scored his first international goal on November 29, 2010, against Guadeloupe, helping his nation win the Caribbean Cup. He recently started two games at the 2017 CONCACAF Gold Cup, scoring an important goal against Canada in the quarterfinal round.
