IMFC gets its head shaved for a good cause

For a sixth consecutive year, the Montreal Impact participated in the Leucan Shaved Head Challenge. Many members of the club saw their hair fall in the Stade Saputo stands on Monday night, helping collect $15,588 to help children affected by cancer and their families. Since the Bleu-blanc-noir started its involvement with Leucan, the club has raised over $65,000 through the Shaved Head Challenge.

Members of the Pre-Academy and the Academy, administrative staff, technical staff, two first-team players and two fans participated in the challenge:

Pre-Academy U11 players Sorin Ziane and Karlo Barbour;
Impact U15
players Maximilian Banfi, Samuel Banfi, Julien Bourassa, Hamadi-Jed Hmida and Tyrese Joseph;
Operation attendant Ivan Suarez;
