12. October 2, 2016: Orlando 0-1 Montreal – Lions knocked out of playoff contention
That afternoon, Orlando City SC has no choice but to win, otherwise it will be out of the MLS Cup Playoffs race. You know the saying: a wounded lion is more dangerous.
And yet, the Bleu-blanc-noir comes out on top. A Dominic Oduro goal tames the Lions, sending them into early hibernation. And the Impact is pretty much into the playoffs.
