MONTREAL – The Montreal Impact announced on Friday that the club has waived central defender Karl W. Ouimette.
“The decision to waive a player is never one that we take lightly. With the depth that we have across our back line, it would have been hard for Karl to see significant minutes,” said Impact technical director Adam Braz. “We want to give Karl the opportunity to find a situation where he can grow and try to progress his career. We would like to thank Karl for his services with the first team over the past few seasons in MLS. We wish him the best of luck in his future endeavours.”
