He starred as a sophomore at Duke in central midfield and the center of defense, and then this past year as a junior, he scored 17 goals as a forward. In his first game action with the Montreal Impact last Friday against the Portland Timbers, he played on top, but where he fits into the Impact’s plans for this season is a decision that still needs to be made by the coaching staff.
