Impact visits children's hospitals

Midfielders Patrick Leduc and Rocco Placentino, defenders Nevio Pizzolitto and Adam Braz, as well as Impact head coach Marc Dos Santos, visited young patients at the Shriners Hospital for Children and the Montreal Children’s Hospital. They offered children a motivational message, some presents and took part in an autograph session.

“When you are a parent, you feel even more concerned to see children in this situation,” mentioned Marc Dos Santos. “In less than thirty seconds spent with these young kids, we already become attached. There is a hint of suffering in the smiles of these young patients and to be able to make a difference in such an environment as we near the holiday period, well it’s very meaningful to us. Ultimately these children show us how precious life is.”

Team mascot Tac-Tik also joined the members of the club to mark this 16th annual gathering organized on behalf of young children affected by health conditions.
