Summary of the position

Reporting to the Vice-President, Revenue, the marketing director plays a strategic, tactical, and operational role for all marketing and merchandising related activities, including content, the website, and social media. He or she ensures the development and deployment of global strategies while managing multiple projects in order to increase the Montreal Impact’s visibility, notoriety, and media coverage, in cohesion with the Club’s strategic objectives and the annual budget. Senior Accountant

Summary of the position:

The Senior Accountant performs the accounting for all transactions and operations (accounting cycle) monthly, allowing for the preparation and analysis of different reports for three entities: S.E.C Free 2 Play, the Saputo Stadium and Montreal Impact FC.

General Job Description/ Senior Accountant:

  • Carry out the complete accounting cycle (excluding C/P and C/R)
  • Register journal entries at the end of the month
  • Analyze and reconcile balance sheets and income statements
  • Make monthly tax (GST-QST) declarations
  • Prepare financial statements for several entities – Saputo Stadium and Impact de Montréal FC
  • Participate in the preparation of monthly financial statements – Free 2 Play
  • Prepare monthly income statements by department

Assistant to the Academy Equipment Manager                                                                                                                 
Permanent – Full-Time

Summary of the position:

The Assistant to the Academy Equipment Manager provides daily support in managing the equipment needs for the nine Academy and pre-Academy teams. He/she ensures that all the necessary equipment for trainings and for games is at their disposition.

General Job Description - Assistant to the Academy Equipment Manager:

  • Assist the Academy Equipment Manager with managing the daily equipment and clothes for the 9 teams of the Academy and Pre-Academy
  • Wash, dry, fold, and place the clean clothes and all the equipment in the right places (ex: jerseys, socks, towels, etc.)
  • Inspect and ensure that the daily equipment for training is good quality (balls, cones, nets etc)
  • Assist the Academy Equipment Manager by preparing the soccer fields for the teams U14 to U19 before each training and after each game
  • Bring all the training equipment on the soccer field
  • Control access to the changing rooms
  • Take back all the equipment after each training and game
  • Greet the opposing USSDA teams during their trips to Montreal
  • Attend the trainings
  • Ensure that they have all the necessary equipment
  • Attend all the home games of teams U15, U17 & U19
  • Open to travelling with certain teams when need be.
  • Assist the players with their needs and ensure a follow-up with them

Academy Administrative & Special Projects Coordinator

Summary of the position:

The Academy administrative and special projects coordinator is responsible for managing all the Academy’s events. He/she offers support in the development of the Academy’s structure, its promotion, and in its various sponsorship projects. Finally, he/she offers administrative support.

General Job Description – Academy Administrative & Special Projects Coordinator:

  • Assist the Administrative Manager in all his tasks.
  • -Participate in putting in place and following up on technical partnerships put in place with Quebec’s amateur clubs, provincial federations and ARS’.
  • Organize the Academy’s three detection events:
  • Follow up on registrations
  • Create the schedules
  • Plan the weekends
  • Coordinate the Academy’s special events :
  • Amateur clubs qualification tournament, Mauro Biello tournament, Pre-academy tournament, Shaved heads challenge and Thumb nose to cancer
  • Management of operations for the Academy’s presentation during a first team game at Stade Saputo.
  • Integrate and ensure the transmission of information between the club’s different services to cover the Academy’s diverse needs.
  • Coordinate the Pre-Academy programs in planification, organization and work closely with the Technical Coordinator of the Pre-Academy

Reporting to the manager of partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining an excellent business relationship with our partners by carrying out all activities aiming to adequately complete the partnership agreement. He or she will support management in the development and deployment of sponsorship activations to maximize results and increase the partners’ level of satisfaction. He or she will also serve as a link between partners and the club’s different concerned services.


Evaluate our partners' requests and needs for the success of their projects

  • Consult, plan, plan, organize, control and lead the realization of projects with partners
  • Attend all games and special events relating to the club
  • Coordinate our partners’ activations (activities and promotional initiatives) during games and promotional events.
  • Coordinate the display and visibility of our partners during games
  • Greet partners and their guests, lead them and inform them of the rules

The Soccer Schools offer you the opportunity to learn and grow as an individual all the while having fun and being paid for it.  

What is the mission?
The Soccer Schools’ Squad’s mission is to run soccer practices in schools with player 6 to 12 years of age. In order to offer quality sessions and help brand the Montreal Impact, you will be supported by both coaching and marketing departments at the Soccer Schools. It is therefore a fantastic growth opportunity on both sporting and professional levels.  

Who are we looking for?  

We are seeking athletic and passionate students with soccer experience who wish to develop their coaching skills. We surround ourselves with individuals who like to work with the public in general and kids in particular. We are looking for enthusiastic and creative people who are open to being coached.  All we ask of you is a good dose of energy and a few hours a week.  

Full availability

Coaches available year round and able to work at least 2 or 3 after-noons per week and week-ends. Candidates should be over 18 years old and have at least one year of working experience dealing with children. Candidates are required to hold a valid driving licenses and a clean criminal record.

Partial availability

Coaches available through the year and able to work at least 1 or 2 after-noons per week and Saturdays or Sundays. Candidates should be over 18 years old and have at least one year of working experience dealing with children. Candidates are required to hold a valid driving licenses and a clean criminal record.


Coaches available during school vacation, Christmas, Spring break and summer, at least 3 or 4 days per week and week-ends.
