MONTREAL – The Montreal Impact announced on Friday that the club has sold over 50,000 tickets for the MLS Eastern Conference Championship against Toronto FC, to be played on Tuesday, November 22, at 8pm at the Olympic Stadium. Doors will open starting at 6pm.

Only 10,000 excellent tickets at only $29 (taxes and service fees included) remain available on impactmontreal.com and by phone at 514 328-2668 (Montreal Impact Sales & Services team) or at 1-866-350-9686 (TicketPro customer service).

The stadium tower now serves as a barometer for ticket sales for this historic event, meaning that 83% of the tower will be lit tonight.

The club advises supporters to get to the Olympic Stadium early to avoid traffic around Olympic Park and overcrowding at the stadium’s entrance, and to use public transit. Pie-IX Blvd. will be partially closed in the northbound direction, from Pierre-de-Coubertin Ave. to Mont-Royal Ave., preventing vehicles from turning right on Sherbrooke East St. Traffic disruptions are also scheduled on Pierre-de-Coubertin Ave., between Viau St. and Pie-IX Blvd., until the end of the season.

The Impact will look to clinch a berth to MLS Cup, scheduled for December 10 at the home of Seattle Sounders FC or Colorado Rapids (whichever club wins the Western Conference Championship).

The Bleu-blanc-noir qualified for the Eastern Conference Championship on Sunday, defeating the New York Red Bulls by a score of 2-1 (3-1 on aggregate) at Red Bull Arena.
