In the world of professional sports, nutrition is one science that has grown tremendously in the last decades. That’s why the Impact’s new training centre is equipped not only with fields and other sporting infrastructure but also with a kitchen and dining room. There works a team led by Mario Di Molfetta, chef at Capucine restaurant.
Earlier this year, Chef Mario gathered some of the Impact’s younger players for a crash course in cooking that helped them be more autonomous with the pots and pans. See the result above.
