MONTREAL – The Montreal Impact Academy announced on Thursday that there are places available for the Montreal Impact Pre-Academy tryouts. Available places are for players born in 2004, 2005, 2007 and 2008. Places are limited and there is a $30 registration fee. While there are no places left for the players born in 2006, a waiting list is open if you send the player's information at academie@impactmontreal.com.
The Impact Pre-Academy opened in 2014 and includes teams from U8 to U12, extending the training offered to the club’s youth. It’s the step prior to the sports-études program at the Academy. After joining the Pre-Academy, young players will have the chance to continue their development with Montreal Impact all year long.

Registrations will close on Tuesday, February 9, at 12pm.
The first stage is set for February 13 and 14, 2016:
8:45am to 10am: 2004
10:15am to 11:30am: 2005
11:45am to 1pm: 2006
2:15pm to 3:30pm: 2007
3:45pm to 4:45pm: 2008
After deliberations, players selected for the next round will be invited for a second evaluation on Saturday, February 20, between 8am and 3pm (time to be determined).
