MLS commissioner Don Garber responded to questions by the media in an annual State Of the League conference call on Monday afternoon.
Garber had some good things to say about the Impact during the first few minutes of the call.
“The Montreal Impact has had a very succesful first season in MLS,” said Garber. “We saw some record crowds at Olympic Stadium. We are satisfied with the achievements we’ve made in Canada and for us, the arrival of the 19th club in MLS was a success.
