PROFESSIONAL
2015: Started all six games in the CONCACAF Champions League Championship Stage and helped the team reach the final against Mexican giant Club América, recording one assist and playing 520 minutes… Led the team in the regular season and set new personal records with 31 games played, 29 starts and 2,699 minutes… Scored his first MLS career goal on June 20 against Orlando City SC… Named to the MLSsoccer.com Team of the Week for weeks 14 and 19… Nominated for the AT&T Goal of the Week for week 16… Started the Knockout Round game against Toronto and both Eastern Conference Semifinal games against Columbus… Also started two Amway Canadian Championship games.

2014: Signed with Chivas USA on January 27… Finished third overall in minutes played for Chivas USA with 2,240, playing a total of 27 games, including 24 starts, in his first season in MLS... Also started one game in the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup tournament… Selected by the Impact with the sixth pick in the Chivas USA Dispersal Draft. 

2013: Made 24 appearances and recorded six goals with Phoenix FC in the USL PRO, earning a Rookie of the Year nomination.

2011: Signed as Real Salt Lake’s first Homegrown Player on March 15… Made five starts in seven appearances in the MLS Reserve League.

AMATEUR
2012: Played for hometown club FC Tucson in USL PDL, where he played in 15 matches, tallying five goals and registering two assists.

INTERNATIONAL
Represented the United States with the U18 and U20 national teams.

ACADEMY
Participated in the Real Salt Lake youth program in Arizona for two years.

YOUTH
Graduated from Canyon del Oro High School in Tucson before moving on to Pima College in 2010.

PERSONAL
Son of Don and Delene Toia… Has a sister, Brittnee… His father was a drag racer.
