#PlayoffRace - The Impact could qualify for the playoffs Saturday...with a bit of help!

The team takes on Philadelphia in crucial six-pointer this Saturday

Well, as a famous football manager would say: “it’s squeaky bum time!”

With only two games remaining to the regular season, the Impact still have very good chances of making the playoffs, and could clinch a playoff spot this Saturday following its game against the Philadelphia Union at Stade Saputo at 2pm.

A win against the Union combined with a Columbus win or tie against the New England Revolution, Saturday night, would give the Impact its very first participation in the MLS playoffs.

With a win against the Union, the Impact would have 49 points, and keep the Philadelphia Union out of reach.

And if the New York Red Bulls beat the Houston Dynamo, the Impact would be able to jump up to 3rd place.

However, if the Revs beat the Crew, the Impact would have to wait until the final game and get at least a point in Toronto, on October 26, to qualify!

No one said it would be easy!
