Toronto has not won in its last 12 games, including nine losses over that stretch.

D.C. United took advantage of a mistake by Toronto FC goalkeeper Milos Kocic in the 88th minute to take a 1-0 victory at BMO Field in Toronto’s last matchup, on October 6.

Forward Eric Hassli has missed TFC’s past three league games after he suffered an ankle injury in a 1-1 draw against Philadelphia. It was just Hassli’s second game after he missed two games because of a rib injury picked up in a 2-1 loss at Columbus on Aug. 22. Hassli scored three goals and added two assists in six games since he was acquired in a July 20 trade with Vancouver, two days after Toronto’s last win in league play.

His return would be a welcome one because forward Ryan Johnson is suspended for the game for yellow-card accumulation and fellow attacker Quincy Amarikwa is doubtful because of a hamstring injury picked up in the 1-0 loss to D.C. United last weekend.

Canadian defender Asthone Morgan may also miss the game due to the flu.
