| Nick De Santis is the technical director of the Impact since June 10, 2008, when he stepped down from his position as head coach. He has a record of 69 wins, 29 losses and 30 ties, in 128 games. De Santis was finalist for the USL-1 Coach of the Year award in his first three seasons at the helm of the Impact (2004-2006) and won the award in 2005. He led Montreal to the league championship in 2004, as well as the regular-season title in 2005 and 2006. As a player, he played 219 games in 10 seasons with the Impact (1993-1998 and 2000-2003). He won the league championship as a player in 1994, as head coach in 2004 and as technical director in 2009. |
